The Pier Market has a rich history that began 30 years before it opened its' doors in 2004. We honor Charles Hoffman (also known as Captain Gray) and his wife, Dee Hoffman, also known as the "Ticket Lady" for their love and dedication to Canandaigua Lake and the Finger Lakes.
